Pancake Palace

Jachin and Carson wanted to have a pancake breakfast for our street. We passed out flyers on Friday. The kids were so cute passing them out. We set up tables in Carson's driveway. Carson and Jachin made the pancakes. Kimberlyn was a waitress and took orders. We took donations for the Cholera outbreak in Haiti through WorldVision. The boys collected $150! We were so proud of them. It was fun talking to the neighbors. We had a good turnout. Some of them said they want to have a Christmas block party because they enjoyed it so much.

Tulsa Trip

We were out of school for Fall Break and decided to take a daytrip to Tulsa to see my grandparents. The kids always love visiting their great grandparents. They love to climb trees and play in their backyard. We ate at McDonalds with Lynne and Sherry. Papa sang to Caleb and grandmother couldn't believe how much he weighed! It was a good trip.

Bo's 5th Birthday Party

Bo had an OU football party for his 5th birthday. Brandon Caleb came as our celebrity! The kids loved seeing a real OU football player. Brandon signed his autograph on little footballs for the kids party favors. A few kids had him sign their shirts. Heather made a football cake. I was so thankful for her expertise! The kids did football drills. It was a little interesting with all those boys! Bo asked for football gloves and OU shirts for his birthday. What a funny little boy!

School!

We now have an official 3rd grader, 1st grader, and PreKer. They had so much fun on their first day of school. Jachin loves his teacher and has two great friends in his class. Kimber has her very best friend, which she will have in her class for both 1st and 2nd grade. Bo has a friend, but his favorite things were snack and playing with cars. I think this will be a great year!

Catching Up

Well, a lot has happened since my last post! Andy has changed jobs and we have added a new member to our family.

Andy is now a church planter, which is a scary but exciting thing. We start our services with Redeemer Church this coming Sunday. We will advertise and publicly launch in August. I am looking forward to seeing what God does through this new adventure. (www.redeemerchurch.cc)

Caleb Tyler was born on Jan 4th, 2010 in the Houston area. He is such a wonderful baby! He is so quiet and laid back. I think this is a blessing from God for the fourth baby to be so flexible. I cannot imagine having a difficult newborn right now.

This year has started off with some amazing things! I can't wait to see what the rest of the year looks like...maybe we will add another Haitian to our family. :)
